Safety, Maintenance, and Energy Efficiency for Furnaces and Dryers
The service team at Hans Hoffmann GmbH & Co. KG maintains, inspects, and modernizes industrial furnaces and dryers, particularly systems that process solvent-containing or flammable materials. Our services are based on the relevant requirements of DGUV Rule 100-500, Chapter 2.28, the Operational Safety Ordinance, and DIN EN 1539 for dryers and furnaces in which flammable substances are released.
In addition to regular maintenance and safety inspections, we offer comprehensive retrofit solutions to improve energy efficiency and process reliability. We modernize both our own equipment and third-party systems, and optimize existing systems in terms of control, regulation, airflow, heat recovery, and operational safety.
As an accredited partner of Volkswagen AG, we perform maintenance work and certifications in accordance with PV3539 (VW Group) and QV16012 (BMW), which are also generally recognized by Mercedes-Benz, General Motors, and Nissan. We are happy to assist you in this regard, whether your equipment is a Hans Hoffmann tank testing system or a third-party product.
