According to the customer’s wishes we adjust the plant’s systems to the process and to the level of automation of the end customer.

The plant on the right-hand side is build for temperatures up to 300°C and is indirectly gas heated. A workpiece carrier runs through three independently adjustable heat zones and one cooling zone. At a curing time of 90 minutes the plant can process approx. 900 brake pads. Via an automatic feed-in handling, linked to several friction lining presses you will get a highly productive composition with low energy consumption.
