Chamber furnace for GRP Pipes / Products

For Company AMITECH Germany, we produced a Chamber furnace for pipe and manhole components made of glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP).

AMITECH builds pipe components up 3000 mm nominal diameter. The Chamber furnace takes care that the used material pas a controlled curing process of the resin used mixtures.

This is especially true for special components such as bows and manholes and collection channels for drinking water supply.

The chamber with inside dimensions of 8 m x 4 m x 5.5 m (lxwxh) can be loaded with pipe and manholes components up to 15 tons of weight.

Size wing doors allow the loading with forklift trucks.

Free positioning of the work piece temperature sensors ensure that any tempering can be documented for these demanding work pieces.
