With a personal loan from his closest friend, Karl Rosentreter, Hans Hoffmann
attempted a new beginning in the summer of 1945. The partially damaged facilities of
the Telefunken Company, located at the Leuschnerdamm, were quickly repaired and
occupied by Hans Hoffmann.
Using tools and machines that had been dug out of rubble and wreckage, the first
new products were manufactured, beginning with panhandles and small hand carriages.
The full production capacity was reached again in 1948, with the production of a first
marzipan candy dryer. |
